Cup character

The reason to choose this coffee.

Bloom coffee. A complex, clean honey Sidra from Galo Morales with mixed berries, citrus, brown sugar, tropical fruit, and dried fruit tea.

As it cools, the cup becomes clearer and more fruit-driven, moving toward blueberry, tropical fruit juice, and a soft tea-like finish.

Tasting line: Mixed berries, citrus, brown sugar, tropical fruit, and dried fruit tea with silky body and a clean, evolving finish.

Full-bag purchases are inquiry-only for v1. Contact Dynamic Green to confirm unopened-bag availability and invoicing.

How we met

One invitation changed the day.

Andrew met Galo Morales through Chocó Andino, a producer competition in Nanegalito, Ecuador. After tasting Galo's coffees, their conversation became an invitation to visit the farm that same day. They rode in the back of Galo's pickup, shared a steak, and held an improvised, informal cupping of great coffees. The spontaneous visit led directly to Dynamic choosing coffees from a producer known for thoughtful, distinctive processing—especially honey processes.

Lot context

More detail when you want it.

Bloom coffees are selected for distinctive flavor, complexity, quality, scarcity, or experimental character. Physical green measurements are supporting evidence—not the first reason to choose the coffee.
